ProVAssist (“we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

  1. Appointments and Consultations

    Clients can schedule appointments and book a free 30-minute consultation call through our website. We also offer a 3-day free trial period for you to evaluate our services before committing to a long-term partnership.

  2. Free Trial Terms

  • Eligibility: The free trial is available to new clients only.

  • Duration: The trial period lasts for three (3) consecutive days.

  • Limitations: During the trial, access to certain services may be limited.

  • Termination: Either party may terminate the trial at any time without obligation.

  1. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Our services are competitively priced, offering affordable rates compared to US-based equivalents.

  • Billing Cycle: Clients are billed on a upfront monthly basis, depending on the selected service plan.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspension of services.

  • Eligibility: The free trial is available to new clients only.

  • Duration: The trial period lasts for three (3) consecutive days.

  • Termination: Either party may terminate the trial at any time without obligation.

  1. Client Responsibilities

  • Provision of Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the VAs to perform their duties effectively.

  • Timely Communication: Clients are expected to respond promptly to communications to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.

  1. Confidentiality

  • Data Protection: We implement appropriate measures to protect your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

  • Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement.

  1. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the materials provided by the Client remain with the Client. Any materials created by ProVAssist VAs during the engagement become the property of the Client upon full payment.

  • License: Clients grant ProVAssist a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any materials provided solely for the purpose of delivering services.

  1. Limitation of Liability

    ProVAssist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services in the preceding twelve (12) months.

  1. Termination

  • By Client: Clients may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice.

  • By ProVAssist: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches any Terms or engages in prohibited activities.

  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and access to services will be revoked.

  1. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  2. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided by RENEISSANCE shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

  3. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any modifications. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
